ELECTION UPDATE #5 - MARCH 9, 2021
Welcome to our weekly Association of Graduates election e-newsletter that provides updated information about our organization's election — to be conducted through March 22, 2021.

TOP PERFORMING CLASSES
After four weeks of voting, two classes —1966 & 1975 — are battling it out for the top percentage of voters in the 2021 AOG Election! As of Monday, the Class of 1966 sits at 51.8% while 1975 is at 47.4%. Not too far behind are the classes of 1972 (46.2%),1969 (44.7%) and 1982 (39.9%).
Overall, the election stands at 20.74% of eligible voters having voted. That leaves us just 4.26% short of the required quorum percentage (25%). I know we can reach it with your help!
Please take a few moments today to help guide the future direction of your alumni association!
AS A REMINDER: The class from each decade with the highest percentage of voters during the election will receive a $500 donation to its Class Fund. Bragging rights for your class are at stake!! It won’t take many more votes for your class to be in the running.
ELECTION DETAILS
You should have received a ballot by now from Survey & Ballot Systems (SBS), the company conducting the 2021 election. Search for an email coming from “AOG Election Coordinator.” The email or letter from SBS includes your election-specific “AOG Member Number” and “Election Passcode.”
If you do not have your election login information, please click on this link https://www.directvote.net/aog/sendID.aspx, enter your email address that is on file with the AOG, and your election login information will be emailed to you. If that does not work, contact the AOG at elections@aogusafa.org.
PLEASE NOTE: There are two parts to the ballot — the Bylaw Changes and Board Director election. Be prepared prior to voting and double-check your ballot before submitting! Once you've cast your ballot, you cannot change it.
