Boules ’15, an A-10C pilot, on his second-ever combat sortie and first as a flight lead on July 15, 2019, was scrambled to support an Afghan Special Forces unit under heavy attack by seasoned Taliban forces in Afghanistan. His actions help ensured the safety of the unit and led to the enemy’s retreat.

Young alumni from the classes of 2018-2022 are invited to the first-ever Young Alumni Conference April 27-29 at USAFA.
