COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF'S TROPHY

The Air Force Falcon football team gathered at the White House Friday (April 28) to accept the Commander-in-Chief's Trophy from President Joe Biden. The presentation marks the first time the Falcons have earned the CIC since 2016. Read more about the storied history of the Commander-in-Chief's Trophy.

AOG SPECIAL BOARD ELECTION

Jabara Award

The Association of Graduates board of directors has four new members. Col. (Ret.) Hank Hoffman '63 was the top vote-getter in the recently completed special election. The board appointed three new members: Christian Evans '08, Nathan Dial '10, and Jennifer Walters '11. Thank you to all the USAFA graduates who threw their hats into the ring to serve the Long Blue Line!

On April 20, the USAFA Cadet Wing set the Guinness World Record for the most people doing pushups simultaneously, and the Academy documented the successful attempt on video.

Before leaving the Air Force Academy as freshly minted second lieutenants, Class of 2023 cadets got a sendoff offering resources that may prove helpful as the soon-to-be officers begin their careers. The annual donor-supported Firstie Departure was held at Arnold Hall Ballroom Thursday.
