UPCOMING AOG BOARD ELECTION: Membership in the AOG is required to vote in the 2023 election. Graduates who are not yet members have until Dec. 16 to join so they can vote. Please help us reach out to non-member grads and let them know they can now join the AOG at no cost and vote in the upcoming board election. More info to come. ►

Bowman

Jim Bowman, who served in the Air Force athletic department for nearly 50 years, passed away Aug. 20. His impact on the Academy, the Air Force and the nation was profound. Last week, Falcon football players honored this legend — an honorary AOG member — by wearing "BO" stickers on their helmets.

The Wall
Did you know the more than 58,000 Americans killed in or missing from the Vietnam War will have their names read aloud over 65 hours leading up to a Veterans Day observance at The Wall in Washington, D.C.? Checkpoints magazine will have a team there to document the 40th anniversary of The Wall and is interested in connecting with USAFA graduates in attendance. ►
