With the help of Academy leaders and cadets, the new issue of Checkpoints does a deep dive into the current status of honor and the changes in the system that came about following the most recent cheating scandal. CONGRATULATIONS! ► • Ambassador Chesley "Sully" Sullenberger '73 returned to the Academy's Davis Airfield to connect with aviation program cadet leaders while answering their questions about his time at the Academy. ► • Col. Angela Ochoa '01 is the first female commanding officer of the Little Rock Air Force Base. ► • Capt. Victoria Perkins '14 gave students a tour of a KC-135 refueling aircraft and answered their questions about the military. ► • Academy roommates Lt. Col. John Mikal '00 and Col. Nathan Diller '00 help make history with first USAF-piloted eVTOL vehicle flight. ► • This week's episode of "Heritage Minute with Steve Simon '77" takes you inside the massive 180' tall enclosure currently surrounding USAFA's Cadet Chapel. ► How are your NCAA basketball brackets doing?
