Gen. Charles Q. Brown Nominated to be Next Air Force Chief of Staff
If confirmed by the Senate, Gen. Charles Q. (CQ) Brown would assume one of the two highest positions in the Air Force from Gen. David L. Goldfein '83, who is retiring June 30 after four years as Chief of Staff. Brown would be the first African-American to serve as a service chief.

2020 Polaris Legacy Challenge
For every new planned gift commitment made in 2020, the Air Force Academy Foundation will make a $1,000 donation to the Air Force Academy Fund in the donor's name. Donors would also qualify for one year of Sabre Society level recognition.

Air Force Wraps Up 62nd-Annual Wing Open Boxing Championships
Senior Sean Chieves and sophomore Madison Lloyd earned Most Outstanding Male and Female Boxer Awards, respectively, to highlight the 62nd Annual Wing Open Boxing Championships Saturday afternoon in Clune Arena. Chieves won his third title and Lloyd her second at 132 pounds. Senior Levi Rate, the most decorated boxer in the lineup, became the 16th Falcon in program history to earn his fourth title, in as many different weight divisions.

Maria Mettler, Michael Rhoads Qualify for NCAA Championships
It is the fifth-straight year Air Force has qualified members of both the men's and women's teams. Junior Maria Mettler qualified in the 5000-meter run, while senior Michael Rhoads will be making his third-straight indoor appearance at the national meet in the 800-meter run.
