A total of 984 cadets crossed the stage at Falcon Stadium, buffered by the cheers of family and friends in the stands. The ceremony included an important milestone for the Academy, as the 50,000th graduate in the history of the institution received his diploma.

Warrior Games
The Air Force will host the 2018 Department of Defense (DoD) Warrior Games June 1-9 at the U.S. Air Force Academy. The games are free to attend and the public is welcome, although tickets are required for the opening ceremony on Saturday.

The USAFA Women's Rugby Club became national champions in the USA Rugby Open 7s, and 2nd Lt. Noelle Heiser was named the tournament MVP.

Falcons Advance to NCAA Championships
A program-record four females punched their tickets to the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships in Eugene, Oregon, on June 6-9, as senior Carina Gillespie (1,500-meter run) joined junior Jaci Smith (10,000-meter run), senior Shelley Spires (high jump) and junior Kathryn Tomczak (pole vault) with qualifying performances.
