2018 NCLS Focuses on Ethics, Respect
The 25th annual National Character & Leadership Symposium at the United States Air Force Academy opened with its kick-off event Wednesday night (Feb. 21) at Arnold Hall Theatre. The event continued Thursday and Friday, with national and international speakers focusing on the theme of "Ethics and Respect for Human Dignity."


Academy's National Character and Leadership Symposium Designed to 'Stretch Thinking'
The annual symposium gives Academy cadets, staff and visiting students and faculty from universities throughout the U.S. a chance to attend presentations and participate in group discussions.

Warrior Games to Return to Colorado Springs
Community and business leaders joined military representatives at the Air Force Academy to mark the 100-day countdown until athletes arrive in Colorado for the 2018 Department of Defense Warrior Games.

Graduate Dependent Scholarships
The Board of Directors of the Association of Graduates is pleased to once again offer Graduate Dependent Scholarships. These scholarships are annual awards of $500 and are intended to directly support post-secondary education for the children of AOG graduate members. The application deadline is March 4, 2018.

Air Force Sweeps San Diego State With 56-48 Road Win
Air Force women's basketball captured a series sweep over San Diego State with a hard-fought 56-48 win Wednesday night in Mountain West action at Viejas Arena. Air Force earned its first sweep of an opponent since 2008.


Falcons Sweep First-place Canisius with 3-2 Win in Finale
Air Force scored three unanswered goals in the second period and then held off Canisius for a 3-2 win in an Atlantic Hockey Conference game Saturday, Feb. 17, at the Cadet Ice Arena. Air Force swept the two-game series and improved to 17-13-4 overall and 12-11-3 in the league.
