From retirement ceremonies, to firing parties, to Reveille and Retreat, the United States Air Force Academy Cadet Honor Guard executes many important details behind the scenes for the Cadet Wing and other military members. Now it is time for the Cadet Honor Guard to step back into the spotlight. The Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade is the largest and most famous parade in the United States. Before the team suffered cutbacks in its funding, the Cadet Honor Guard's performance at the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade was a staple event and an excellent opportunity to show America what the United States Air Force Academy is all about.

Air Force Captain Returns to Join New Seawolves Rugby Team
Major League Rugby's Seattle Seawolves' inaugural season in 2018 will be a homecoming of sorts for Air Force Capt. Eric Duechle '08. The former member of the Air Force's World Class Athlete Program has played in the Seattle area and was administratively assigned to Joint Base Lewis-McChord in 2015. Duechle was a collegiate All-American for the Air Force Academy in 2008 and helped the Air Force win the 2011 Armed Forces Championship.
