Swearing-In the Class of 2021
The Class of 2021 took the oath of office during the annual Swearing-In Ceremony at the U.S. Air Force Academy on Friday morning (June 30). Parents and others lined the wall next to the Cadet Chapel to witness the big event. The newly adopted Class Motto: "No Doubt, No Fear" was unveiled for the crowd.

10th SFS Gets Full-Time Reserve Commander
The new top cop at the Air Force Academy took command of the 10th Security Forces Squadron June 21. Lt. Col. Marcus Corbett '98 will be the first Reserve officer to command the 10th Security Forces Squadron full time. He's also the first Reserve officer in Air Force history to command a security forces squadron

Elwell Appointed FAA Deputy Administrator
Dan Elwell '83 was sworn in this week as Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Deputy Administrator. Appointed by President Donald J. Trump, Elwell is the second-highest-ranking official at the agency responsible for ensuring aviation safety and air traffic control services for the nation.
