Last week, we hosted a special event at Doolittle Hall, as the United States Air Force Academy renamed a support building to honor one of its engineering pioneers. The Col. Arthur G. Witters Civil Engineering Building was named in memory of Witters, the first civil engineer at USAFA and one of the primary designers of the campus. Learn more and watch the ceremony online.

WWII Museum
On Saturday, Oct. 23, the National Museum of WWII Aviation will open early for a special history presentation about the F3A-1 Brewster Corsair aircraft focusing on its development and performance in combat. There is no additional charge for the event just purchase a ticket to the museum in advance online or at the front desk that morning. Doors open at 8 a.m. and the presentation begins at 9 a.m. Taxi and takeoff is scheduled for 10 a.m., subject to weather conditions and runway availability.
U.S. Taekwondo Center
U.S. Taekwondo Center is celebrating 35 years of business in Colorado Springs. To commemorate this milestone, they are offering a 2-week trial for $35 (includes a free uniform). All funds will be donated to our non-profit partner Angels of America's Fallen. Try Taekwondo and help a great cause.
