Calling all graduates! Superintendent Lt. Gen. Jay Silveria '85 would like to invite graduates to participate in the 1st Graduate March Back. Graduates will march behind the basic cadet formation as they return from 2nd BCT and Jacks Valley on July 31st.

Class of 1971-2021 Commitment Dinner & Ring Melt
The 2021 Commitment Dinner is Aug. 7, 2019. The social is at 1730 and dinner is at 1800. Departure from Doolittle Hall is planned for 1700 with Cadet escorts. This is a graduate-only event, no spouses or guests. Cost is $16. Register today! The Class of 1971 is also hosting the Forged in Blue ring melt at 1500 at Doolittle Hall. We hope everyone attending the Commitment Dinner will arrive early so you can attend the ring melt.

Class of 1973-2023 Acceptance Day Parade
Any 1973 graduates interested in attending the Acceptance Day Parade should contact classmate Bill Diffley or MJ Kellenbence. AOG vans will leave Doolittle Hall at 0800. "Uniform" is khakis, class shirt and ballcap.

KC-135 Plaque Dedication
The official dedication for the plaque commemorating the contributions of USAFA graduates who flew KC-135A/Q aircraft in Southeast Asia during the Vietnam War will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 2, 2019, at 1100 at the Plaza of Heroes near Doolittle Hall. An informal gathering will be held immediately following the ceremony at Doolittle Hall. Dress is business casual/open collar. Checkpoints magazine is traveling to the Experimental Aircraft Association's annual AirVenture (50th Anniversary) event in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, in late July. We are planning to do a story on this year's "Year of the Fighter" themed event for our September 2019 edition. If you are a USAFA graduate and going to be a vendor or performer or involved in the huge aviation gathering in some way, please let us know so that we can connect.
