Class Advisory Senate Minutes Online
Read your October 2018 AOG Class Advisory Senate (CAS) minutes online. In the October minutes, you will see the notes of our guest speaker, Col. Shawn Campbell, commander of the 10th Air Base Wing. He relayed that the 10th Air Base Wing is a 3,000-person enterprise dedicated solely to supporting the Academy and its mission of developing leaders of character. Col. The National Museum of World War II Aviation has been a proud partner with the U.S. Air Force Academy since 2013 — when it hosted the graduation ceremony flyover during sequestration — and continues to work closely with the Academy on education and training programs today. Now, they are asking for your help. The museum has initiated a personalized Memorial Brick Program to raise money for construction of an 80,000-square-foot hangar to house the museum's fast-growing collection of World War II aircraft and artifacts. Your tax-deductible gift of $250 will help support the only museum designated by the U.S. Congress as "America's World War II Aviation Museum."
